Sample a new lifestyle at Federation Village

For those who are looking to downsize to an affordable and welcoming lifestyle community, Melbourne’s Federation Villages tick all the boxes.

Lifestyle villages are designed for those who are retired, semi-retired or working and wish to live among like-minded people at a similar stage of life.

Making the move to a lifestyle village can be a great opportunity to free up equity in your house, downsize to a low-maintenance, well designed home and embrace a vibrant, connected lifestyle.

Federation Village has three communities in the broader Melbourne area, and will soon be offering an opportunity to sample the benefits of lifestyle village living in person.

Federation Village Glenroy, located in the north Melbourne suburb of Glenroy, is opening its doors on Saturday, April 17 for a community open day.

From 10am–12pm, interested locals can visit the village and get a taste of the lifestyle that residents at Federation Village Glenroy enjoy every day.

You can tour the community’s impressive community facilities, which include a central community centre with recreation and function spaces, kitchen, bar and library, as well as a swimming pool, bowling green, barbecue area, vegetable garden and workshop.

A selection of available homes will also be open for inspection, and there will be a complimentary coffee van to help visitors beat the autumn chill.

Homes at Federation Village Glenroy start at $200,000, with a range of home designs available.

To find out more or RSVP to the open day, call Bernadette Reading on 0414 483 045 or visit the website.

*Price for a 1-bedroom home. Indicative price only. House price is based on owning your own home and leasing the land. In some instances, government rent assistance applies. The village operates with a deferred management fee.
