The Craigieburn Car, Truck, and Bike Show is gearing up for its ninth year.

The festival brings local motor enthusiasts together for a day of “family fun”, says event organiser councillor Jim Overend.

“It’s a great family day out with plenty of cars, bikes, and trucks on display,” he said.

“It’s for a great cause, the Isabella and Marcus Foundation, raising money for brain tumours.”

Cr Overend said the long running show is a great opportunity for the community to come together.

“Not many shows keep going that long… it is a great community event,” he said.

“I love doing things with our community and being a part of it… that’s why I still run the show.”

Enthusiasts can enter cars and trucks for $20 and bikes for $10.

A bumper crowd is expected, and there will be something for everyone to enjoy, with live music, door prizes, and trophies, the day is set to be one to remember.

The annual Car, Truck, and Bike Show will cruise into Craigieburn Central on Sunday, February 25 from 10am to 2pm.
