More Craigieburn COVID-19 cases

A man in his 30s, who visited Coles at Craigieburn Central at the same time as a member of the City of Hume family breached isolation, has tested positive for COVID-19.

The man is among eight new cases recorded today.

A fourth member of the Hume family, who travelled to Victoria from Sydney last week on a red zone permit, has also tested positive.

Six people linked to a Maribyrnong apartment complex visited by removalists from New South Wales, have also returned positive tests.

They include an elderly couple from the City of Hume, who are the parents of a man living at the complex.

COVID-19 testing has been set up at Craigieburn Central, with anyone who visited Coles on July 10 between 5:28pm to 6:38pm urged to get tested immediately and quarantine for 14 days.
