The closure of the Hume Freeway between Cooper Street and the Hume Highway has been postponed.
The freeway now will be closed from 8pm Friday, May 21 until 5am Monday, May 24 instead of this weekend due to predicted wet weather.
Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV) will install steel railing on the O’Herns Road bridge and lay asphalt to create new enter and exit ramps.
Signed detours will be available, with suggested routes illustrated on the MRPV site.
