Police believe there are suspicious circumstances surrounding a fire last month that completely destroyed a Thomastown reception centre.
Whittlesea Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing to the public for help and have released CCTV and images of a man who may assist with their inquiries.
Emergency services were called to the fire at Greenville Receptions, at 13-15 Green Street, on Friday, June 13, shortly after 1am.
