Roxburgh Park-Broadmeadows has a ground to call home and will debut at Lakeside Drive Reserve against Endeavour Hills in east-west first XI this weekend.
After spending a full season away from home in 2012-13, the Falcons will play their first game at the new home venue after leaving
JP Fawkner Reserve in Oak Park.
In north-south first XI, Plenty Valley opens the season at home against Brunswick at AK Line Reserve. Matches in round one are two-dayers, starting at 1pm on Saturday.
