Calder Cannons continued their strong start to the TAC Cup season on the weekend, starting and finishing strongly to run over Sandringham to the tune of 59 points.
Jumping out of the blocks with a 33-8 opening term the Cannons had the game in their grasp early, and didn’t take the foot off the pedal for the rest of the afternoon.
Four goals to Josh Cauchi led Calder to a 16.8 (104) to 6.9 (45) win, and they now have three wins from the opening four rounds.
