Lights of Culture Festival
Come on down to Broadmeadows Town Park from noon on Saturday, March 21, for a day of food, music and dance as Hume council embraces the diversity of the municipality. The day will be packed with fun cultural activities for all ages. During the evening, the council will be lighting up the park with traditional lanterns featuring themes of various multicultural communities.

Hume arts awards
Nominations for the Hume arts awards opened on Monday, March 2. Creative Hume residents are invited to apply for an award and the chance to share in $20,000. Hume council will also award professional development grants of up to $500 to help local artists attend conferences, access professional development opportunities and training. A taste of Greece
