An 18-year-old Broadmeadows man and his passenger, an 18-year-old South Morang man were involved in a crash on the Western Ring Road on Sunday, July 3.
Police have been told a green Ford Falcon sedan was travelling along the Western Ring Road, Altona-bound about 12.40pm.
It is believed the probationary driver lost control near the Airport Drive exit and crashed into a concrete barrier.
The pair were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
A third male passenger was not injured.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash and are keen to speak to any witnesses or anyone who may have seen the Ford sedan prior to the crash.
