Kangaroos suffer another loss

Greenvale Kangaroos remain on the bottom of the Victorian Premier Cricket ladder after losing to Northcote on Saturday.

It wasn’t the strongest bowling performance from the Kangaroos, with Northcote making 6-249.

The Kangaroos shared the wickets around, with Harry Singh (3-54), Josh Lalor (2-58) and Abdul Mohammed (1-38) the wicket takers.

It was a tough day with the bat, with the Kangaroos bowled out for 127 with more than 11 overs remaining.

Kangaroos’ captain Matthew Harrison performed the best for the group, making 59 not out.

The Kangaroos are yet to win a game this season.

The team will be at home this Saturday against Carlton.
