The churches of Melton are bringing you a star-studded Christmas celebration.

On December 15 from 7.30pm, churches of Melton will unite to celebrate Christmas with a night of carols, food and entertainment.

Christmas Under the Stars is a family-friendly event which will include traditional Christmas carols and student presentations.

Senior Pastor at Citywest Church, Mark Jurisic, said: “We really want to provide a Christmas carols event that recaptures the beauty of the true meaning of Christmas … the birth and blessing of Jesus. Attendees will enjoy this event in the amazing outdoor amphitheatre in the centre of Melton and hopefully connect to the heart behind why this celebration is so significant to not only Christians, but for all mankind.

“We have found tremendous unity across the local churches of Melton and we want to encourage it with numerous combined events, Christmas Under the Stars being our major event each year.

“Our annual Christmas carols event is aimed at celebrating the common heart we have in this wonderful Christmas season.”

Christmas Under the Stars will be held at the Melton Town Centre outdoor amphitheatre.
