Police are appealing for witnesses after an
allegedly stolen car hit another car in Dalton Road, Lalor, near the
intersection of Darebin Drive just before 5am on Tuesday.
The
impact caused the second car to spin into a brick fence and the driver of that
car, a woman believed to be aged in her 50s, was taken to the Royal Melbourne
Hospital with moderate injuries.
A 27-year-old St Albans woman, allegedly
travelling in the stolen car was arrested at the scene and police believe the
male driver fled.
