Jermiah takes the lead with Lalor library horse play

Jeremiah the pony had stars in his eyes and fans at his feet when he performed at Lalor library last week.

The 83cm chocolate-brown pony delighted children, including Tobias, 6 (pictured), of Diamond Creek, as he starred in what could be the only pony pantomime in Australia.

In the show Jeremiah Goes on Holidays, children aged three to nine in the audience help Jeremiah pack his bag with the essentials for Melbourne’s changeable weather – gumboots and sunglasses.

He has to look good for the trip so his friend Mrs Balloonatic (Michelle Patterson) brushes his teeth with an oversized toothbrush. Plenty of music, singing, dancing and magic add to the fun.
