WHITTLESEA council is holding a community resilience workshop to help council plan for at-risk people in times of emergencies.
The workshop will be held on Thursday, March 29, from 10am to 2.30pm, at Fountain View Room, Civic Centre, 25 Ferres Boulevard, South Morang. Lunch will be provided.
