A man believed to be the victim of a shooting has been found inside a car in Broadmeadows.
The man, in his 20s, was found on Military Road about 11.30pm on Monday night. Ambulance officers treated the man for upper body injuries.
He remains in the Royal Melbourne Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
Victoria Police spokeswoman Belle Nolan said it’s believed the victim and offender may be known to each other.
The investigation is ongoing and a crime scene is yet to be established.
