Pupils at Epping Views Primary School joined in National Water Week activities last week by creating posters that explored this year’s theme: “Water sources: There are more than you think”.
Their colourful creations were pinned to the walls of Northern Hospital awaiting the outcome of the Australian Water Week poster competition, which will be announced on Friday.
This is the 20th year of National Water Weeks, their aim being to inspire individuals, communities and organisations to work together and build community awareness and understanding of water issues and opportunities for conservation and innovation.
