Live the high life in town

Highlands Hotel is a venue rich in international ambiance and metropolitan flair, making it a superb choice for all your dining experiences, special functions or events.

The hotel features open plan spaces and combines modern architecture with traditional service that is perfect for family, casual or corporate dining experiences as well as enjoying “live entertainment”.

The International Buffet offers a variety of international cuisines including a dessert buffet, gluten free options as well as Halal dishes to cater to everyone’s needs. Guests can enjoy lunch or dinner in the buffet in either the main dining area or enjoy the sunshine in the modern outdoor alfresco dining area. As an added incentive to the buffet, the hotel offers a kid’s play area and complimentary iPad hire.

Guests can also relax and enjoy the option of an A La Carte menu in the hotel’s Café or Sports Bar. On Friday mornings parents can enjoy a much deserved break with coffee and cake specials while their kids enjoy the play area.

If you have an upcoming function, you can experience the elegance of “The Atrium” or “Terrace” function areas.

Venue manager, Steve Reid says: “Our management team have over 35 years of combined experience in the hospitality industry and have been working very hard in making our function areas a success by catering to all of our customer’s needs. It makes it a lot easier when our function spaces are both aesthetically pleasing and functional”.

Highlands Hotel also offers a courtesy bus service to cater for local guests who would like to enjoy the services the hotel has to offer, but do not have a means of transport. Customers can book and arrange to be picked up from the comfort of their front door and be dropped off at home safely from the hotel.

The management team has attributed the success of the hotel to the dedication and hard work of its staff, and to responding to important feedback from its guests.

“We are very pleased and excited about how far we have come in just under two years, and that our function areas are really starting to take off.

“With A-grade staff, their passion combined with experience, helps us to provide excellent customer service across all areas of the hotel,” says Steve.

The experienced staff of the Highlands Hotel use their local knowledge, passion for hospitality and professionalism to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience.
