Missing boy

Police continue to appeal for public assistance to help locate 12-year-old Emanuel Fraser, who was last seen at his home on Lincoln Drive, Thomastown on Saturday, June 21. Eamanuel told his mum he was going out to meet friends around 8pm and has not made contact since. Emanuel is of Pacific Islander appearance, 170cm tall, thin build with brown hair and hazel eyes. There are concerns for his welfare due to his age. Anyone who sees him is asked to call 000 immediately.

Buses well connected

New bus services for people who work in the airport industrial precinct will provide connections to other areas in the north-west. The new services will also connect existing public transport, such as the high-frequency SmartBus Route 901 or tram and bus services
at Airport West. New Route 482 (Airport West-Melbourne Airport) will run via Sharps Road, Tullamarine Park Drive, Lambeck Drive, South Centre Road, Link Road and Melrose Drive.
It will operate on weekdays from 5.30am to 8.30am and from 3pm to 6pm. For more information, visit www.ptv.vic.gov.au or call 1800 800 007.

Budget for black spot

More than $950,000 has been allocated under the federal Black Spot program for a new roundabout at the intersection of Oaklands and Craigieburn roads at Oaklands Junction. A further $955,000 will be spent on further safety measures.
