Police from Epping Highway Patrol impounded a car at Reservoir on Friday night after the driver was caught doing burnouts.
The 37-year-old Reservoir man, only six months in to a probationary licence, was also breath tested, returning a reading of 0.185.
The man’s licence was immediately suspended and his car was impounded under the hoon legislation for 30 days.
