A SIX-week exhibition program designed for people of all ages and any fitness and skill level, is under way in Thomastown.
Hits and Giggles began last week at Keon Park, with the one-hour classes to be held once a week over six weeks.
Squash Vic executive director Fiona Young said the program would allow women to learn the sport in a “non-competitive setting”.
Young said squash was voted “the healthiest sport” by Forbes Magazine in 2010.
