Whittlesea council business analyst Rakshita Tikoo will be a guest baker at the Well Bread Festival next month.
The council is looking for guest bakers from different cultural backgrounds to lead baking demonstrations at the annual winter bread festival.
“This is an experience for people to come and explore different cuisines,” Ms Tikoo, originally from India, says. “Everyone is keen to learn from our multicultural society.”
The festival is at Greenbrook Community House on August 18. Details: whittlesea.vic.gov.au.
