Jamie Oliver Ministry of Food: Classy option for Whittlesea ‘chickentarian’

When Andrea Lacey’s daughter turned “chickentarian”, she quickly ran out of interesting meals. The Whittlesea resident  is one of the first to join the Jamie Oliver Ministry of Food classes in Lalor and has learnt how to cook up exciting options.

“My daughter, Olivia, 14, is a chickentarian; she doesn’t eat fish or red meat, but does eat chicken and eggs, so we both joined up to learn how to cook healthy, flavoursome meals,” she says.

Bookings are open for courses in May.  Details: jamiesministryoffood.com.
