Bundoora embraces Dodgeball craze

Move over Zumba, the latest fitness craze to hit Melbourne’s northern suburbs will have you dodging, jumping and twisting your body to be the last one standing.

Dodgeball Revolution director Robert Di Fabio, pictured with Leon Antoni, Laura Beattie and Tim Jeans, has been playing dodgeball for more than seven years and says the sport is a great way to keep fit. “It’s fun, competitive, great for your fitness, and a highly sociable sport.

A new open-ages league meets at Bundoora RMIT on Thursdays. Diamond Valley Sports and Fitness Centre has an open-age Sunday league and is starting a junior league on Wednesdays this month. For more information visit dodgeballrevolution.com.au
