Whittlesea Ranges kept its run going in the Australia Cup with victory against Lalor United on Wednesday night.

Having recently played each other in the FV state league 2 north-west competition, the Ranges were able to turn the tables to progress through to the fifth round of the Australia Cup.

The Ranges led 3-1 at half time before finding goals early and late in the second half to run away with a 5-1 win.

Oliver Napoletano scored twice, both in the second half. Anthony D’Ambrosio was the goal scorer for Lalor United.

Epping City’s run came to an end against Brunswick City.

Scores were locked at 0-0 at half time, before Brunswick hit the scoreboard in the 58th minute.

It was able to double the scores in the 72nd minute to seal the win.

Dallas City, Hume City, Mill Park and Whittlesea United were in action on Thursday night, after deadline.
