Lalor United has announced that John Sapazovski will continue to led the side in next year’s FV state league 2 north-west season.
Sapazovski took over as coach during this year’s season after Tony Sterjovski stood down after eight seasons.
He has been at the club since 2018 having previously coached at Moreland Zebras. Sapazovski has been Lalor’s reserves coach for seven seasons and had worked closely with Sterjovski throughout that time.
“John’s efforts, determination, knowledge and drive for excellence leading our team for the last six games of the season, gave our club the confidence that John is the best coach to take our club forward,” the club said on social media.
“John will immediately look into strengthening his squad, to field a highly competitive team next season. We wish John Sapazovski the very best in 2025.”
Lalor finished in eighth spot this season with eight wins, three draws and 11 losses.
