Cricket is back

Westmeadows has a red hot chance to upset a top four team, while Craigieburn’s top order again failed to fire in the return of the Victorian Turf Cricket Association senior division.

The weather was perfect for cricket as sides returned to action in a two-dayer after the Christmas break.

While the Warriors lost Clayton Campbell for a duck, they are in a good position at 1-10.

In the Roy Picone Shield, the Greenvale Kangaroos are chasing Caroline Springs’ 250.
