Amanda Aldridge is returning to the Craigieburn Eagles and taking on a new role as the club’s Big V women’s division 1 coach.
Aldridge brings a wealth of experience with 13 years of Big V coaching under her belt.
She’s no stranger to Craigieburn, having assisted the division 1 men’s program from 2018–2020, and most recently wrapped up a successful coaching campaign with the Coburg Giants.
Now, she returns to lead the division 1 side which is coming off a grand final appearance.
The Eagles said with Aldridge’s leadership they were determined to stay competitive and push even harder for that championship success.
Aldridge said, “I’m grateful for this opportunity back at the nest, looking forward to working with a new team.”
It comes as the Eagles have already appointed a new youth league women’s coach, with former championship winning coach Warren Taylor returning to the club.
On the men’s side Tim Annett has signed on again to be the club’s division 1 coach.
“Tim is no stranger to success at Craigieburn, having led our division 1 men to the 2024 Big V grand final championship right here at the nest.” the Eagles said. “His leadership, experience, and commitment to building a winning culture have been instrumental in shaping the men’s program into one of the most competitive in the league.
“With Tim locked in, our division 1 men are hungry to defend their reputation and push for even greater success in 2026.”
