Bundoora suffered a slip-up against Greensborough in Northern Football League division 1.

The reigning premier, who started the season with a strong win against Northcote Park, lost its momentum on Saturday.

Greensborough kicked the only three goals of the first quarter and dominated the game to lead at every break.

It saved its best til last to seal the 14.11 (95)-6.13 (49) win and is the only team to be undfeated after two rounds.

Gary Moorcroft kicked three goals for the Bulls, with Damandeep Aujla and Nathan Thomas named their best.

Whittlesea is one of eight teams sitting 1-1, after losing to Macleod on Saturday.

The game was all but over at quarter-time, with Macleod kicking nine goals to one in the opening quarter.

The rest of the match was a lot closer, but Macleod went on to win 21.17 (143)-9.11 (65).

Riley and Jack Dyson kicked two goals each for the Eagles, with Riley named the side’s best.

Hurstbridge is the only team without a win.

In division 2, Thomastown had a monster win against Fitzroy Stars, winning 25-20 (170)-11.10 (76).

Matthew Ferraro kicked five goals for the Bears, with Daniel Chadwick and Nicholas Horman kicking four goals each. Horman was named best on ground.

Epping lost 16.13 (109)-7.11 (53).

In division 3, South Morang had a massive win against Lalor, while Mernda was too good for Laurimar.
