Greenvale’s grip on the Senior Division has grown stronger after the Kangaroos posted a 171-run victory over Brighton District.
Greenvale, chasing 142, spluttered early, losing 2-8 and reeling at 4-71.
But middle-order runs from Chinthaka Jayasinghe (97), Glen Courts (88), Jeremy Brown (44) and skipper Jon Kent (29) helped them to a big total of 330.
Brighton District was 2-17 from six overs in its second dig when play ended.
