EDFL: Greenvale wins reserves premiership

Greenvale bounced back from a shocking first half to stun
Aberfeldie and win the reserves premier division grand final by nine
points.

Aberfeldie led by 12 points at quarter-time and kept Greenvale goalless as it built a 41-point lead at half-time.

Greenvale held the Two Blues to just one goal after half-time and roared to a 11.9 (75) to 10.6 (66) win.

Daniel Micevski was Greenvale’s best while Nathan Babic, Jonathon Kent and Ben Hakim booted two each.

Aberfeldie won the under-18s premiership, 11.13 (79) to Strathmore 12.6 (78).
