The City of Whittlesea will be hosting a World Environment Day festival on Sunday, June 5.
Get creative and build a bug hotel, test your skills on the ninja warrior course or get up close and personal with native wildlife.
The festival will feature a range of interactive activities for people to learn about nature and the environment with the global theme being, Only One Earth.
There will be an immersive native wildlife show by Animals of Oz, seed planting and crafts with Eco Explorers, science experiments and more.
In addition to the various activities, there will also be a range of stalls to wander through and learn more about the environment.
The local scouts will be cooking up a BBQ for all to enjoy and hot drinks to keep you warm.
The free event will run from 11am to 3pm at Lauries Field, Brookwood Avenue, Doreen.
