Whittlesea’s Aurora community will be hosting the Light and Fire Music Celebration on Friday, March 24.

The event is available for all ages and will run from 4pm to 6pm at the Seven Sisters Park at Gem Parade, Wollert.

The event is free and includes a range of exciting celebrations for families to enjoy.

Lendlease, head of Victorian communities, Alicia Davidge said Aurora Lendlease is excited to host the first ever Light & Fire Music Celebration which has been inspired by the First Nations story of the Seven

Sisters.

“Our new Seven Sisters Park is one of the many elements woven into our Aurora community to honour and reflect the rich heritage and culture of First Nation peoples,” she said.

“Our communities are designed to encourage families to gather and enjoy time together, particularly outdoors.

“This has come from years of observing our diverse local community which has shown us that they love places where they can gather, stay and learn about our community.”
