RSPCA Victoria is excited to offer more low-cost pet vaccination days to locals in some of Melbourne’s northern suburbs in March.

The clinics, run by an RSPCA Victoria vet, are aimed at making veterinary care more accessible for people and their pets, during the cost-of living crisis.

There will be clinics at Kalkallo Community Centre on March 7 and Roxburgh Park on March 20 at the Homestead Community and Learning Centre,

RSPCA Victoria head of prevention Rebecca Cook said they were looking forward to helping more Melbourne pet owners.

“At our recent clinic in Kalkallo we saw 32 local pets and their owners, and we saw 20 local pets at our recent Roxburgh Park clinic,” she said.

“We can’t wait to hit the road again and look forward to meeting more furry friends.”

Appointments at each clinic must be booked online in advance with limited places available. Those with more than one pet must book a separate appointment for each animal.

For $59.00, a dog will receive their preventative vaccines and be checked by an RSPCA veterinarian to ensure they are fit for their vaccinations.

Pet owners can also receive professional advice on how to keep them healthy now and into the future.
