Two new COVID-19 cases have been connected to the City of Hume outbreak.
The two cases were identified as close household contacts of previous cases in the cluster.
There were 11 new locally acquired cases reported today.
COVID-19 response commander Jeroen Weimar confirmed that all of the new cases had been in quarantine for the entirety of their infectious period.
As a result, there are no new exposure sites identified.
“None of them expand beyond the net we cast… around this outbreak,” Mr Weimar said.
Health Minister Martin Foley said “nothing has been finalised” in terms of easing restrictions for Victoria.
The state’s hard lockdown was flagged to end at 11.59pm tomorrow.
