A factory was alight in Tullamarine on Monday morning.
Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) crews arrived quickly on scene on Ovata Court within seven minutes to find a concrete tilt slab factor involved in fire just after 11am.
Two aerial fire trucks responded to assist extinguishing this fire as access was made through the front roller door.
Both power and gas companies attended to isolating services to the property.
Police and ambulance services also responded.
