Teens charged following Dallas burglary

Two teenagers have been charged in relation to a burglary in Dallas.

Police allege the teens – two 17-year-old boys from Broadmeadows – broke into a Dargie Court business on Friday about 4.50am.

Police said the teenagers fled the scene, but were arrested a short time later on Dobell Place.

One boy was charged with burglary and committing an indictable offence while on bail.

A second boy was charged with burglary and possessing cannabis.

They will both face a children’s court at a later date.
