ASF chief executive Patrick Walker said the ASF is hoping to see the number of sports supported grow with this latest round of grants.
“The Australian Sports Foundation is proud of how the program provides practical assistance to community clubs and helps grow youth participation,” he said.
Mr Walker said the grants are delivered through a partnership with The Dickinson Foundation.
“As the country builds back from COVID and a series of devastating natural disasters, it was wonderful to learn about the positive impact the last round of grants had on clubs and athletes across Australia,” he said.
“We encourage other philanthropic foundations and individuals to partner with the ASF to increase the support for young athletes and to help grow youth participation at community clubs.”
The Active Kids Grants program will close at 5pm on Friday, October 7.
