A celebration of innovation, resilience and community spirit lit up the Plenty Ranges Arts and Convention Centre on Thursday night, as the 2025 Whittlesea Business Awards honoured the region’s finest.
Now in its third year, the awards showcase the outstanding achievements of members from the Whittlesea Business Network.
With a record number of nominations, the evening reflected the growing strength and diversity of the local business community.
Top honours went to DPV Health, which not only won the Community Contribution Award but was also crowned Business of the Year, impressing judges across all categories.
“Congratulations to all the nominees and award winners on their outstanding achievements,” Whittlesea mayor Martin Taylor said.
“Your dedication, innovation and resilience are truly commendable.”
Among the night’ winners was Joanne’s Temple Colonics and Wellness Centre, which took home the Start-Up Award for its rapid growth and community connection.
Fastflex Heating & Cooling Supplies earned the Customer Service Award for exceeding client expectations, while Iconyx was recognised with the Innovation and Enterprise Award for its bold solutions and forward- thinking.
Environmental efforts were also applauded, with Eriez Magnetics winning the Sustainability and Environment Award for waste-reduction initiatives.
NLA Logistics took out the Workplace Diversity Award, and Lashes On Point Salon was named Small Business Award winner for its passion and personal touch.
“These awards are a celebration of the hardworking, passionate, and diverse businesses that contribute so much to the vibrancy of our local economy,” Cr Taylor added.
“Your commitment to excellence inspires others and plays a vital role in shaping a prosperous future for our municipality.”
