Three Hume primary schools will receive state government grants to help them install shade sails.
Yuroke MP Ros Spence recently announced that Keelonith Primary School, Craigieburn South Primary School and Westmeadows Primary School will benefit from a grant from the government’s School Shade Sails Fund.
She said the fund is part of the government’s $190 million investment into support ventilation and outdoor learning in schools by creating comfortable and sun-safe spaces to learn and play outside.
