Five people have been taken to hospital after scaffolding collapsed at a Craigieburn building site.
Emergency services were called to Fortitude Drive at 1.11pm following reports a person was trapped under scaffolding.
Firefighters, the SES and Ambulance Victoria attended the scene.
Ambulance Victoria said two men were taken to hospital in a serious condition. A man in his 20s was taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital while a man in 50s was taken to the Alfred Hospital.
A man is his 30s was also taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital while two men, both in their 20s, were taken to the Alfred Hospital. All three men are in a stable condition.
WorkSafe has been notified and a spokesperson confirmed it was investigating the incident.
