Resurfacing scheduled for Dr Harry Jenkins Reserve car park

A new and improved car park is on the way for visitors to the Dr Harry Jenkins Reserve in Mill Park.

Upgrade works include re-asphalting the car park, updating the drainage and pathways, and improving accessibility.

Whittlesea council will carry out works next week at the Mill Park Drive car park, which services the reserve, Mill Park Tennis Club and Melbourne City Mission Norparrin Centre.

The car park will be closed for the duration of the works, which are expected to start on Tuesday, March 14 and finish on Sunday, April 9.

During this period, drivers are encouraged to use public roadside parking where available along Mill Park Drive, or use alternative transport.
