City of Whittlesea residents will have easier access to COVID-19 vaccinations this week, with a pop-up clinic to open in Lalor.
The temporary clinic will operate from the French Street Hall from Thursday until Sunday. It will be open 9.30am-5pm daily.
The clinic will be accepting walk-ins for first doses of Pfizer or AstraZeneca, with no bookings required.
Arabic and Macedonian interpreters will be on site, and private rooms are available if required.
According to federal health department data, 78.4 per cent of eligible Whittlesea residents have received their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccination, as of October 4, while 42.3 per cent are fully vaccinated.
The clinic will be at 47A French Street, Lalor.
