Residents in the Mickleham, Kalkallo and Donnybrook area are being given an opportunity to voice local concerns to Victorian Police.
Hume council and Victoria Police are hosting a Theft Awareness and Community Information night at the Kalkallo Community Centre on Toyon Road.
A growing concern has been raised to officers at council and Victoria Police regarding community safety issues in the area such as theft, break-ins and anti-social behaviour.
Police want to hear from the community about these concerns and provide proactive information on how to stay safe.
On Thursday, June 13 at 7pm at the Kalkallo Community Centre, there will be a short presentation followed by an open floor to ask concerns and queries to officers.
Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.
The session will be hybrid with those joining online through Microsoft Teams. The online event link will be sent out the day before the event. You will be able to ask questions through the online chat if you are unable to attend in person.
