Broadmeadows police have put a call out to residents for information regarding an alleged assault on September 21.

Police said a man driving a white Hyundai van parked in the driveway of a business on Dennis Street, Campbellfield.

The victim asked the man to move his van to allow a delivery truck to enter the driveway, which led to an argument between the two.

The victim was then hit with a bollard by the man, who then pushed the victim to the ground and kicked them in the head, according to police.

The man then fled the scene in the van.

The incident was captured by CCTV and police have released images of the man and vehicle involved in the incident.
