Police are appealing for public assistance to help find Kristian Willetts.
The 26-year-old has an outstanding warrant for drug offences, police said.
He is known to frequent the Craigieburn or Broadmeadows areas, according to police.
Investigators have released an image of Willetts in the hope someone may have information on his whereabouts.
