Police are appealing for help to identify a man driving a stolen car in Epping on Monday.
The car, a white Subaru Forrester, is believed to have been stolen from an Albion address in June.
Police intercepted the car on Guila Court, Epping about 11am.
The driver pulled over for a short time before taking off. A pursuit was not initiated.
The car was found abandoned in Wollert an hour later.
Police are hoping to speak to the driver.
