Police have released an image of a vehicle believed to be involved in an attempted ram raid in Craigieburn yesterday.

According to Hume Crime Investigation Unit detectives, two unknown people in a utility attempted to ram the glass door of a licensed premises on Grand Boulevard about 7.20am on Tuesday, May 11.

The ramming caused significant damage, but no access to the premises was gained.

The utility was last seen travelling south on Aitken Boulevard on the wrong side of the road.

Police have released an image of the vehicle in the hope someone recognises it and comes forward.
