Police appeal for help identifying man

Police are appealing for help identifying a man they wish to speak to as part of an ongoing investigation into drug trafficking in the Broadmeadows area.

Last month, police executed a warrant at a house on Belar Court, Meadow Heights, and arrested a 29-year-old Meadow Heights man.

Police allegedly seized drugs including methylamphetamine and cocaine, as well as weapons, watches, and 40 pairs of shoes.

The man was charged with trafficking a commercial quantity of methylamphetamine, possessing a firearm, possessing ecstasy and possessing items believed to be proceeds of crime.

As part of their investigation, police are keen to identify another man they believe may be able to help with their enquiries.

It is believed the man attended the Broadmeadows Railway Station about 6pm on April 2.

CCTV images of the man have been released in the hope he can be identified.

Anyone with information asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
