Council has installed traffic lights at the intersection of Findon Road and Maserati Drive in Epping to improve pedestrian safety.
The $255,000 upgrade also included new asphalt overlay to the road, realignment of the footpath, and line marking on the road and nearby walking and cycling path.
The traffic lights are pedestrian operated and are only activated when the signal button is pressed.
