Lalor and Epping residents will be able to get around their suburbs easier, thanks to a new walking and cycling path.
The 680-metre path will be built between Kingsway Drive and Deveny Road, and will include solar lighting for improved night-time safety, as well as landscaped rest areas on either end.
The project is being delivered by Whittlesea council, with the support of the Victorian government’s Department of Justice and Community Safety.
Weather permitting, the path is expected to be completed by the end of next month.
